Advantages of subscribing :

A coach or team of coaches can get so busy with practices, competitions, receptions and class and training preparation that they often end up with few free weekends and a busy annual schedule. The component that often gets cut short is professional development because it is personal.

However, continual training enables coaches to keep progressing and to simultaneously help their gymnasts progress. It helps keep them motivated and it often gives them new solutions that make their teaching easier on a daily basis.

For those who can do it, training entails travel (for one or more days), the price of the training, and travel and/or lodging expenses, and once the training has ended, the entirety of the content is inaccessible.

We created Gymneo.tv in order to enable coaches to educate themselves from home or any location of their choice, simply by using their Internet connection.
 This convenience allows coaches to complete a training at their own pace, on their own schedule, and based on their desires or moods. They can watch and rewatch the same training as many times as they need to, and easily stop and restart a training.

This plan lets you continue to learn and to be in control of your schedule.

The quality of the skill training is equally important to us. We uphold the highest standards at every step of the production process: during the filming and editing of the videos, and during the writing of the course’s content and the incorporation of visual effects on the images in order to facilitate comprehension. Subscriptions

• If I preorder now, what content will I have access to?
You will have access to the content of your subscription as soon as the site is launched: on October 25, 2014. At that time, you’ll be able to watch the 4 trainings that are already available. Then, over the course of a year, 10 new trainings will be added at regular intervals. That’s a total of 14 trainings.
The trainings:
When the site is launched: front handspring on the vault, giant circle backward on the uneven bars, back walkover on the beam, back handspring on the floor
These 10 trainings:
- Vault: Tsukahara tucked and piked
- Uneven bars: kip, various spotting techniques, Jaeger, close hip circle to handstand
- Beam: back handspring step-out, salto stretched with step-out, front handspring
- Floor: round-off, salto stretched with one turn, double back
- You will also have access to all new trainings that are posted online during your subscription year. At least 10 new trainings per year.
- So if you subscribe now, you will be able to complete at least 14 trainings during your subscription period.
• How can I find out in advance the content of the future trainings ?
- The list of future trainings is available on the website under the tab "Coming Soon". Just click on the different icons to see what trainings will be posted.
• Is it possible to find out in advance when trainings will be released?
- No. It is hard for us to provide specific release dates because they depend on the competition schedules of the gymnasts who perform the demonstrations. Because these are elite gymnasts, the schedule of national and international meets can vary based on different selection events. This affects the filming schedule and topics covered.
Nevertheless, we guarantee 10 new trainings per year.
• Can I download the trainings to my computer or another device?
- No. Your subscription allows you to use your Internet connection to freely and without limits access the full content during your subscription period. However, it is strictly prohibited to download all or part of the videos, or to copy or print images that are on the site.
• Which web browser works fastest with the site?
- Chrome is currently the browser that offers the most fluidity and speed of use. If you wish, you can follow this link to install it on your computer for free.
• What happens at the end of my subscription period?
- As your anniversary date—that is, 1 year after the date on which you paid—approaches, you have two possibilities: either you would like to renew your subscription, or you no longer wish to benefit from our training services.
- If you choose to renew, you will be able to take advantage of a special price. We will notify you 60, 30, 15, 7 and 0 days before the expiry of your subscription that you can renew at a reduced rate. All you will need to do is to follow the procedure for reactivating your account for an additional year as of your anniversary date.
- Note that if you do not wish to renew, your subscription will not renew automatically. So if you do not respond to any of our 5 e-mails (60, 30, 15, 7 and 0 days before the anniversary date), we will close your account on the due date and you will no longer be able to access the trainings. Please note that if you wish to resubscribe later, you will no longer be able to benefit from the special price.
• Can I share my subscription with someone else or with other coaches in my club?
- No. Whether it is part of a single purchase, a subscription or a purchase of multiple licenses, every access delivered is strictly individual. Therefore, you are not authorized to give your sign-in information to a third party.
• How long is a subscription valid?
- A subscription to Gymneo.tv is valid for one year.
• When does my subscription start?
In the case of pre-orders between September 5th and 25th, 2014, your subscription will start on October 25, 2014.
After the launch of the website, your subscription is activated on the day your payment is received.
• When can I start accessing my subscription?
- For payment by Carte bleue, immediately after your purchase. A brief wait—around 1 hour—might occur between the payment and the actual activation because of a delay related to the payment supplier.
- For payment by bank transfer, immediately after payment is received. A maximum wait of 2 days may nevertheless be required in order to process your order.
• The prices are listed in euros. Can I purchase a subscription if I live in a country that uses another currency?
- Yes, our subscriptions are available worldwide. The price in euros will be converted by your banking institution into the corresponding currency.
• Can I cancel my subscription during my subscription period and get part of my payment refunded?
- No, this is not possible. We cannot issue a reimbursement after a subscription is paid for.
• Do I need to use the same computer all the time to watch the videos?

Individual trainings

• What is an individual training?
- “Individual training” refers to the purchase of a training by itself, not as part of a subscription. As in a traditional store, you simply add the training or trainings that you wish to buy to your cart and follow the payment process explained on the site.
• For how long do I have access to these trainings?
- When you buy a training or trainings individually, you can watch them for as long as you’d like.
• What is the difference between the individual training and the subscription to the trainings?
- The subscription gives you access to all the trainings that are online at the time of purchase, plus all the new video trainings that are posted online during the subscription year. At the end of the subscription period, if you do not want to renew, you will no longer have access to the videos viewed during your subscription year.
- On the other hand, the individual purchase does not have a time limit.
• When can I start accessing the trainings purchased individually?

- If you choose secure payment by bank card, you will be taken to the site of our bank (e-transaction of Crédit Agricole, a French bank), and you will be able to pay for your purchase and immediately start watching the trainings.

• How does an organization go about placing an order?

- To start, choose the plan that meets your needs:

- Individual purchase of one or several trainings, individual subscription or one of the multi-license plans.

- Then, confirm your order.

- You are then asked to register on the site. Click on “Organization” if this has not already been done, and fill in the different fields of the form.

- If you choose an individual license, you will be asked to fill in the information about the person from your club who will benefit from the subscription or individual training (only this person is authorized to watch the trainings).

- If you choose the multi-license plan, click on the number of licenses selected.

- Then, click on “Register.” If you already have an account, you can click on “Sign in” and use your login information to sign in.

- You will then be taken to the “Confirm order” page, which will enable you to control the contents of your shopping cart. Click on “Complete order” to go to the next step.

• As a subscriber, how do I access my trainings?
- Once your account is activated, all you need to do is go to the website (www.gymneo.tv), click on “Sign in” and enter your login information (e-mail address and password entered on the registration form).
- Then you simply click on the “Training” tab and choose the training you would like to watch. When the training’s page opens, click on “Watch the training.”
• I have purchased one or more individual trainings. How do I access them?
- Once your account is activated, all you need to do is go to the website (www.en.gymneo.tv), click on “Sign in” and enter your login information (e-mail address and password entered on the registration form).
- Then, click on the “Training” tab and select the training you purchased. When the training’s page opens, click on “Watch the training.”
- You can also access your training by clicking on “My Account,” then “Trainings Purchased,” and then select your training.
• How does the video player work?

- After you click on “Watch the training” on the page dedicated to the training, you will be on the page with the video player.
- On the bottom of the screen, you will see 7 shortcuts to the various videos, and for each video a list of numbers corresponding to the quick access to the different chapters. Simply click on the shortcuts that interest you (the shortcuts are not accessible in full-screen mode).

• I am not able to play the videos. What should I do?

- Sometimes, if your computer or web browser is outdated, you may have difficulty correctly playing the videos.
- First of all, we suggest that you try a different browser, such as Chrome. Below is the link to install Google Chrome for free.
- If the problem persists, you can contact us by clicking on “Contact,” and under “Subject of Your Request,” select “Help.” Try to explain to us the type of problem you are having, and the computer and web browser you are using so that our webmaster can best help you resolve the problem.

- No. Individually purchased trainings or the various subscription plans allow you to watch the videos directly on the website via a high-bandwidth Internet connection.
• Are there DVDs of the Gymneo.tv trainings?
- No. The various Gymneo.tv training videos are available only online at en.gymneo.tv
• I train groups. Can I use the gymneo.tv videos in a course for my groups?
