How to teach the kip on uneven bars

    description

Learn the keys to an effective skill progression for a glide kip.

The kip is an essential movement on uneven bars.
This foundational movement is repeated several times in a competition routine. Despite its apparent simplicity, mastery of this movement requires a great deal of work and many repetitions. You need to be able to coordinate the entire group of skills required - mental and physical as well as technique.

Presented in this training are: an analysis of technique, the prerequisites, specific physical preparation, the necessary spotting techniques, as well as a complete series of exercises to learn the skill.

Bonus: at the end of the training, you will find a video detailing the most common errors in a kip. For each of these errors, we will explain the consequences and possible origins.
We'll also offer you several solutions to address these issues and help you in your daily work as a coach.
