The GymneoTV physical preparation training session series aims to answer any questions that you might have about preparing a session or physical ability development programmes.

In this introduction to the physical preparation training sessions, we invite you to reflect and ask yourselves what gymnastics is and to do your own ‘situational analysis’. We will also see how the different sessions will be organised over time.

This introduction will allow us to establish the general context that we are going to work and grow in. Session after session, we will provide you with the theoretical and practical knowledge that will allow you to develop the programme which is best adapted to your gymnasts!
